Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


UK Orders

Once your order leaves our facility, it'll be at your doorstep within 2-7 business days. 

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as postal delays or local disruptions. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any lost or delayed parcels.

If you require express delivery, please get in touch with us by email before placing your order. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with available options.


International Orders

 For customers located outside the UK, delivery times may take between 7-14 days to arrive.

Please be aware that the delivery timeframe may depend on the place of destination, customs duties and other factors that are beyond our control. 

Once the order is shipped, the courier is responsible for delivering the item to you, and we cannot control their delivery time.

If your parcel is delayed, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email and contact your local courier for further assistance.

NB: Working days do not include Saturday & Sunday

No orders are shipped on Sundays.
Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at nkcollectionofficialuk@gmail.com. Once the order ships, we cannot make any changes. 

 We are not liable for any delivery issues or lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, please note that no refund will be issued for the order.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about import regulations and possible charges before placing your order.
